If you receive a damaged or defective item and would like an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If an exchange is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes and original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item and verifying the issue.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We do not take returns unless your package is unable to be delivered, at which the package will be returned to the sender and a replacement can be sent out to a new address if required.
